SKYRISE RC – Returns & Refund Policy

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your SkyRise RC aircraft arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note: damage to the outer shipping box alone does not qualify for a refund if the aircraft and contents inside are undamaged.


Crash Damage

SkyRise RC aircraft are durable beginner aircraft, however damage caused by crashes or misuse is not covered under our warranty or return policy.

This includes:

• Broken propellers after impact
• Cosmetic engines detaching after a crash
• Damage caused by incorrect use


Cosmetic Parts

Some aircraft include decorative engine pieces for visual realism. These parts may detach during crashes and can be reattached with foam-safe adhesive. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.


Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please review the product details carefully before ordering.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will provide either:

• A replacement shipment
or
• A full refund


Delivery Delays

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse.

Estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days

If your order has not arrived after 60 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier however we provide live updates for Shipping and are constantly tracking and ensure our packages are saftely on their way 


Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 7–21 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
